Tomorrow it will be 105 days without Gas for 11 flats in Reading House. According to letters by CityWest Homes and Cadent (previously National Grid), the works will start tomorrow on 2/10/17 with unknown completion date.
We have received complaints from many residents and flat owners who have no hot water, heating and reduced cooking facilities. However, according to a previous letter from Cadent, they have been offered the ultra-generous option of visiting the Porchester Centre showers free of charge by presenting Cadent's letter.
We are following closely the disgraceful situation and hope that the gas supply will be reconnected soon.
